CitaDAO is a marketplace platform providing tokenised real estate access on the Ethereum blockchain.

Problem

CitaDAO launched a successful, proof of concept property launch in May 2022. This was an important milestone for the team, however, the CitaDAO app was still underdeveloped, lacked important features and was difficult for non-crypto native retail and intuitional holders to use.

Solution

As a core contributor to CitaDAO, our small team set out to re-design the CitaDAO app and re-built it from the ground up, taking much of the learning from the MVP.

NextJS, ethers, and other web3 libaries were used to create a platform that enables users to access properties, buy and sell real estate tokens and provide liquidity to those tokens all directly in the CitaDAO app.

Result

We officially launched this new app in Jan 2023 and we’re currently using it to bring new real estate properties onto the platform.
